It covers information processed when a merchant browses templates, creates or edits a website, uploads media, connects a domain or links a Booking Site Builder website to MagiBooking. Information used by the website builder
- Account, organization and business contact information.
- Website content including business descriptions, services, staff profiles, policies, images, logos, colors and domains.
- Publishing, subscription, support, security, audit and website-performance information.
- Booking integration identifiers and status needed to connect the website to MagiBooking.
How information is used
Information is used to save drafts, render previews, publish and secure websites, connect MagiBooking, provide support, process subscriptions, prevent abuse and improve reliability. Full payment-card numbers are handled by the applicable payment provider and are not intended to be stored by Booking Site Builder.
Customer and SMS data
Merchants are responsible for collecting customer information lawfully and using it only for legitimate service operations. Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information and consent records are not sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Providers, security and retention
Authorized hosting, storage, email, payment, communications and monitoring providers may process limited information under contractual and security controls.
