Agreement and related MagiBooking terms

These website-builder terms supplement the current MagiBooking Terms of Service. By creating, editing or publishing a Booking Site Builder website, you agree to both. The current MagiBooking Terms govern if the documents conflict.

Service

Booking Site Builder provides hosted templates, constrained editing, previews, publishing and integrations that may connect a merchant website to MagiBooking. Available functionality depends on the selected plan and connected providers. A template subscription grants hosted use; it does not transfer ownership of template source code or unrestricted redistribution rights.

Merchant responsibilities

• Provide accurate business, service, staff, price and contact information.
• Own or have permission to use uploaded text, logos, photographs, trademarks and domain names.
• Publish accurate cancellation, deposit, refund, licensing, privacy and accessibility information appropriate to the business.
• Protect account credentials and staff permissions and report unauthorized access promptly.
• Comply with applicable service-industry, consumer, advertising, privacy and communications laws.

Subscriptions, payments and publishing

Draft editing may be offered without charge, while publishing, domains, integrations or operational booking features may require a paid plan. Current prices, renewal terms and included features are shown during checkout or in a written order. Payment-provider processing fees may apply separately.

Prohibited use

Do not use the service for unlawful content or services, fraud, phishing, malware, intellectual-property infringement, non-consensual communications, deceptive claims, security bypass, scraping of private information or disruption of the platform.

Availability and termination

Hosting, domains, payments, communications and third-party integrations can experience interruptions. Access may be limited or terminated for nonpayment, security risk, unlawful activity or material violation of these terms. Merchants should maintain copies of important business content and records.

Disclaimers and liability

Booking Site Builder is a technology service, not the merchant’s service provider, medical provider, legal adviser, employer or insurer. The merchant remains responsible for its services, customers, staff, taxes, refunds, disputes and legal compliance. Limitations of liability in the MagiBooking Terms apply.
